We do not take applications for MBSTR members & we do not have any set requirements. We look for people that would fit the MBSTRS brand.

Shipping

Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. International parcels are sent either through Royal Mail, DPD, USPS or P2P depending on the shipping method/destination.

Unfortunately we cannot always change delivery address, especially in transit, however please email shop@mbstrs.com and we will see what we can do.

Once our supplier has shipped the order you should receive tracking within 24 hours. Please note, some of our shipping options do not include tracking. 

Be sure to check your SPAM folder.

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time. 

Most of our items are made to order, this can add some time to the shipping process.

It takes around 1-5 days for the product to be made then it is shipped. You should receive a notification when the product has been shipped.

UK
Royal Mail = 1 – 3 Days
DPD = 1-2 Days

Europe
Royal Mail = 3 – 5 Days
DPD = 2 – 9 Days (Depending on Location)

USA
USPS & DPD = 3 – 7 Days

Australia
P2P = 4 – 9 Days

Rest of World
Royal Mail= 7 – 10 Days.
DPD= 5 – 7 Days.

 

Duty fees and import taxes are not included in your order total. All international orders are subject to duties and import taxes.

Orders

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

We do not accept returns unless the item is wrong or faulty. 
If your item is faulty or wrong we can replace it within 30 days of you receiving the item. shop@mbstrs.com
